Multi-Week Academy
Every academy price is all-in: three lessons, three lift tickets, and rental equipment. Season passholders deduct $60 at checkout for the included tickets. If you have your own gear, deduct $75 for the rentals. All lessons include ticket and rental equipment (skis or snowboard, boots, helmet, and poles).

Our three week programs provide a unique learning environment with a great mix of community, fun, and progress. Students are grouped by ability and learning objectives, in order to cater to each student's needs.

Parent & Tot Academy
Saturdays & Sundays | 1 Hour
All-inclusive price: $309, including lift ticket and equipment rentals. If you have your own gear or are a season pass holder, you can deduct the applicable ticket and rental costs from the total price at the checkout.
This is a 3-week learn to ski program for children 3-4 years old and a parent (previous parent ski experience preferred). Classes are on Saturdays & Sundays at 10AM only. Parents and children will learn all about ski equipment, safety, beginner ski techniques and, most of all, how FUN skiing can be. Participants must be able to attend all dates, no reschedules/refunds.
Lessons start on the snow at 10AM. Please be dressed and ready to learn before lessons begin.

Thirsty to Learn (21+)
Adult 4-Week Program | 1 Hour
All-inclusive price: $349, including lift ticket, equipment rentals, and a drink ticket (1 per week) for all four weeks. If you have your own gear or are a season pass holder, you can deduct the applicable ticket and rental costs from the total price at the checkout.
This is a multi-week, adult only (21+) ski or snowboard lesson every Thursday. Lessons will run for four consecutive weeks in January and February. The lessons will start at the beginner level and progress. Each participant will receive one free drink ticket at the end of each week's lesson to be used at the bar. Participants must be able to attend all dates, no reschedules/refunds.

If the class you are looking for is sold out, we do have a waitlist started (this does not guarantee you a spot). Send us an email with your name, if the participant is a skier or snowboarder, phone number, participant's age, and what class you'd like to join.
Missed Class & Weather Policy
Cancellation/Refund Policy for Private Lessons:
- Cancellations less than 48 hours are non-refundable.
- Cancellations over 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled or issued a gift card credit. No cash refunds.
- No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.
- Any lesson participant that is late for their lesson will be considered a No-show. A grace period of 10 minutes will be allowed.
Cancellation Policy for Multi-Week Programs:
- Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the program starting will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds will be in the form of a Crystal Ridge gift card.
- Cancellations 14 days and less are non-refundable.
- By signing up for this class, you commit to the dates listed above and agree to the weather policy below. Refunds, make-up classes, or “rain dates” will not be provided if you miss a class for any reason.
- A weather make-up date is assigned to each program in case we have to postpone a class due to weather. If you cannot attend the make-up date, no refund/gift card will be given.
- A canceled class will be communicated via email only.
- Because Wisconsin weather is highly unpredictable and out of our control, if we have to cancel the Multi-Week program for two or more days due to weather, you will be provided with a prorated gift card. Make-up classes or “rain dates” will not be provided.
